Common questions
What data do you access from my Google Calendar?
Read-only access to event titles, times, attendees, and descriptions. We cannot create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar. We do not access your email, contacts, or files.
What does "per calendar" mean?
Each Google account you connect counts as one calendar. If you have one Google account with multiple sub-calendars (Work, Personal, etc.), that is one calendar at $24/month.
What happens if I miss the call?
You get a voicemail with the same briefing, plus a text message summary. You never miss the information, even if you miss the call.
Can I skip certain meetings?
Yes. Set quiet hours so you are never called outside work. You can also skip all-day events, recurring meetings, or events matching specific keywords.
Can I disconnect at any time?
Yes. Revoke access from your Google account settings and cancel your subscription from the dashboard. Your data is deleted within 30 days.
What about back-to-back meetings?
You get one briefing per meeting. If you have meetings at 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00, you will get three separate calls — each one focused on the upcoming meeting. Set your call window to 5 minutes if you want tighter spacing.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All calendar data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We store the minimum data needed to generate your briefings.
