Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Reveille (getreveille.com) is a service, operated by Leva Solutions Pty Ltd, that reads your Google Calendar events and calls you before each meeting with a spoken briefing. We process contact and calendar data only to deliver these briefings.

2. Information we collect

• Google account identifiers and minimal OAuth scopes.
• Calendar events (title, start time, attendees, meeting link).
• Phone number and verification status.
• Call metadata and delivery status.

3. Legal basis and data use

We use data to synchronise your events, schedule calls, and send you briefings and SMS fallback notices. Briefings are generated by AI: event details are summarised by a large language model and delivered in an automated AI voice; calls are not made by a human operator. We do not store or cache call audio recordings.

4. Data retention and deletion

Call metadata is retained only as long as needed for service reliability. You can delete your account and all data from Settings at any time.

5. Data protection

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We operate under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and honour GDPR deletion and access rights where applicable.
